The Hotel Casino is one of the many small hotels in the area. They provide basic amenities to their guests, such as free Internet access, laundry services, and customer service. One thing they do not provide is room service.
I think we should bring this to the attention of the Casino owners. If you are a traveler, do you expect your hotel to provide room service? Or, are you willing to tolerate a dining experience that isn’t good enough? I hope you will please consider this suggestion.
It is unfortunate that you won’t be able to dine at the Casino for room service. And it’s even more unfortunate that your customers don’t care. I just watched a show on WRC where a group of travelers complained about the food served in the hotels in an area. But, when it came time to pay for their room, they only paid for their room!
Why would your hotel even consider treating its guests poorly, especially when the casino has free breakfast and free service? Wouldn’t it be nice to get up and go to the casino and have something on the table for breakfast? And, why do people stay at the casino but not the hotel? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a hotel with a bed and breakfast?
Then, when the travelers who went to the casino come back, they bring their friends and eat at the hotel. This creates a customer loyalty. This also gets the word out about the hotel’s benefits and the hotel name is spread around town.
So, how do you get a good hotel? Ask people and find out where they stayed. This should be easy because it is pretty hard to hide a hotel, no matter how well they advertise or how many times a year they advertise. Hotel rooms are generally very recognizable and often seen on TV.
If they don’t provide room service, it is a sign that the hotel lacks the quality of their food and spa services. Of course, that’s assuming that they don’t provide any of these services. Many hotels offer great food and excellent service. But, they may choose to focus on more luxurious services. These aren’t the types of services that are provided by a hotel with a bed and breakfast.
So, if you really want to be seen as a quality hotel, then give your customers the same amenities as the casino does. Perhaps, they can try the Casino breakfast buffet for their breakfast. If they enjoy their experience, they may feel comfortable coming back again. But, if they feel they were treated poorly, then they may choose another location for their next trip.
At the very least, if they don’t get room service, they can always get drinks and light snacks. But, if they don’t get room service, then they might consider going to the casino for their next trip. It may also help them to learn about other offerings in the hotel. If they’re impressed with the beauty of the hotel, then they might consider booking another room.
Is the hotel offering more than the casino? Maybe, but what about the services and amenities offered at the hotel and casino? Do they compare? If you are a quality hotel, you should be providing the best services and amenities to all of your guests, and you should provide this type of service to all of your customers.
So, if you want to provide quality service to your guests, then you should strive to provide this service to all of your guests. Don’t be afraid to stand out from the crowd. Go beyond what the competition is doing. What you offer may not be what everyone else is offering. In conclusion, if you are going to be a hotel in the same town as the Casino, then the Casino is going to be the ultimate choice for your hotel. However, if you want to stand out from the crowd, then I suggest you find a hotel that offers excellent service and quality amenities, but offers it at a competitive price.
